Yes, we offer medium- and long-term rental options. If you’re interested in an extended stay, please contact our team for availability and customized arrangements.

Can I receive assistance during my stay at a rental property? 

Absolutely. Our team and property hosts are available to assist you before and during your stay to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What payment methods are accepted for reservations? 

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

What is the refund policy if I need to cancel my reservation after making a payment? 

    • Full refund if canceled more than 30 days before check-in
    • Within 30 days of check-in, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable

What is the guest screening fee? 

A guest screening fee is required for each booking to ensure a safe and secure experience. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a separate link to complete the screening process. This fee is handled outside of the booking total.

Yes, a security deposit is collected at checkout and displayed as a line item before completing your reservation. It is refundable after your stay, provided no damages or violations are reported.
